This option is available for Dr. Kozanitis, Dr. O'Brien, Dr. Atif and Dr. Yen's rostered patients only. 

Before booking your appointment, please read the following terms carefully:

• A valid health card (HC) is required to book an appointment. A charge is due at registration if you do not have a valid HC at the visit.

• Please DO NOT book more than one appointment per day and address more than one issue per appointment.  Each standard appointment is 15 minutes.

• Please do not book a General Assessment (30 min), just to get more time to address multiple issues with the doctor, unless it has been a year since your last general review or periodic health exam.

• If you are a mental health patient or pregnant, please be sure to select the correct appointment type for your visit.

• Those who book online inappropriately or have no shows (without rescheduling or cancelling with at least 2 business days' notice) will be blocked and unable to book online in the future.
