The Rostered Online Booking option is available for Dr. Kozanitis, Dr. O'Brien and Dr. Yen's rostered patients only. However, iIf you are unable to book an appointment with your regular doctor at the time that you need, please feel free to book your appointment with our locums doctors, Dr. Quintero and Dr. Lys.

The Walk-In Online Booking option is temporarily available for those patients without a primary care provider. These appointments are at the CDK Medical Clinic at Sutherland Dr. Unit 8, only and are intended to serve:

• Those without a primary care provider. 

• Issues or concerns that are acute/episodic and or chronic conditions that may require a follow-up and do not require an emergency room visit. 

• Those without an OHIP card.

• Those who do not speak English and require interpretation.
