Please book an appointment for an assessment if desiring a skin lesion removal or biopsy. Some procedures are not covered by OHIP health card. Please refer to Non-Insured Services tab for more details.

Eye assessments by Ophthalmology (in collaboration with the Galen Eye Centre) on site at CDK Sutherland Drive location twice monthly, offered by referral

  • Health-Mart Pharmacy is conveniently located within CDK clinic Princess Street for prescriptions, pharmacy services, and easy access to a registered pharmacist
