NEWS:

Dear Patients:

Our walk-in clinic is open for in-person assessments.  Masks continue to be required. If you are a walk-in patient with any respiratory or COVID-19 symptoms, please call in for an assessment instead of coming to our clinic.  We are currently not seeing anyone with respiratory symptoms even if you test negative on a home COVID-19 rapid test.

Please self isolate if you have been in contact with a positive case or if you have symptoms of COVID-19.

Please understand that due to high volumes of calls and patients visiting our clinic, and physician shortages, wait times can be lengthy and we may have to close registration slightly earlier than stated closing time.

IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY DOCTOR, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PLEASE CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR'S OFFICE OR AFTER HOURS SERVICE FOR CONTINUITY OF CARE

Dear Doctors:

Are you interested in practicing at CDK Family Medicine and Walk-In Clinic?  Please see "Physician Opportunities" for details.
