Dear Patients:

Due to the surge in Kingston COVID 19 cases, we are converting back to walk-in phone assessments to decrease exposure to COVID-19.  Please call in for an assessment.  Please understand that due to a high volume of calls, your wait time for a call back may range from 15 minutes to 3 hours.

 

Please self isolate if you have been in contact with a positive case or if you have symptoms of COVID 19. 

Rostered patients of the clinic will be offered phone appointments preferentially over in-person visits to minimize exposure.  However, there will be circumstances where your doctor feels it is best to examine you for proper assessment and clinical clarity, or for a physical procedure.

COVID 19 SELF SWABS are no longer available for patients to pick up and drop off due to the high volumes of testing, as per Public Health directions.

CLINIC ANNOUNCEMENT:

COVID-19 self swab kits are no longer available at our clinics, following Public Health orders. 

 

Sutherland clinic doors will remain closed on weekends.

Due to a high number of cases in Kingston, we are no longer seeing in-person walk-in patients except when assessed over phone and deemed necessary by a healthcare provider.

 

All patients must screen NEGATIVE to COVID-19 questions and wear a face covering when they come. 

COVID-19 screening, face covering, and physical distancing rules will be applied.

 

If you have a family doctor, contact your doctor's office first to check their accessibility before calling our clinic.
