NEWS:
Dear Patients:
Masks are required when coming to the clinic. Please bring your own. We are no longer offering same-day virtual assessments for walk-in patients. Walk-in patients must come in person for an assessment.
Patients with any respiratory or infectious symptoms must self isolate according to public health guidelines and mask until symptoms resolve. If you have respiratory symptoms, please do not come to the clinic unless your COVID test is negative and your symptoms are not improving with conservative measures after 10 days. For severe respiratory distress or clinical decline, please report to the nearest emergency room.
Please understand that due to high volumes of patients visiting our clinic, and physician shortages, wait times can be lengthy and we may have to close registration slightly earlier than stated closing time.
IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY DOCTOR, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PLEASE CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR'S OFFICE OR AFTER HOURS SERVICE FOR CONTINUITY OF CARE

CLINIC ANNOUNCEMENT:
As of Nov 1, 2022, Sutherland Clinic walk-in services will be closed to the general public due to physician shortages. Sutherland clinic will continue to be open for rostered patients who have booked appointments with their regular doctor.
CDK Princess Street will continue to be open for all in-person walk-in patients and we will be pooling our walk-in providers to meet the high healthcare demands and patient volumes at that site.
Since we serve unvaccinated, immunocompromised and vulnerable patients, our clinic will continue to require masks for all people entering our clinic to reduce the risk to all.
If you have a family doctor, please contact your doctor's office first to check their availability before coming to our clinic.
